-
Michael Sternberg was such a great source of inspiring ideas with the added benefit of the knowledge of how to put these ideas into the real world.
Michael is professional, disciplined, dependable and always sought ways to add additional value for me. His great insights, patience and focus made all the difference to the outcome for my projects. He has such a vast knowledge of the restaurant business that he is my go-to consultant for all things big and small.
- Mary Carter, COO, Punjab Grill USA -
With a wealth of experience in the food and beverage industry, Michael Sternberg is the expert on all things relating to starting restaurants and running them successfully. He is invaluable when it comes to restaurant advising, from reviewing pitches to looking at building leases to creating proformas.
As a mentor to operators, he reviews and analyzes financials to optimize operations and fix service issues. He knows how to guide people to make decisions that will benefit them in the long run. I know Michael to be a genuine, authentic, and honest person – the kind of professional who tells it like it is even if it’s hard to hear. Working with him is a pleasure and a priceless learning experience.
- Elaine Chon-Baker, Founder and Managing Director, Mokja Ventures -
Michael not only knows his business but has also been willing to share his vast experience, knowledge and network and put it to good use at all times. I really like the work dynamic and more than a partner or a consultant, I consider him a mentor, and for me, this is most important. He has no trouble giving you his opinion and telling when he thinks you are wrong and why, but also tries to find a middle ground so that the business problems can be solved in such a way that mostly everybody is happy.
Michael would be my only choice in the business.
